SUMWARE

Description

SUMWARE, the POS system from retail butlers in Hallein, runs in the browser and adapts flexibly to your business. For hospitality, retail butlers offers a solution suite consisting of an ordering system and a customer platform where guests can order and pay.

Ordering kiosk: Guests choose at the touch terminal in several languages, pay right there and collect their order with their pickup number. What makes it special is flexible payment by the guest: right at the table on their own phone, at the kiosk or by calling the waiter. European Accessibility Act: Guests can control the large ordering screen from their phone and also receive real-time audio support on their own smartphone.

Digital and interactive menu: Order via QR code at the table, no app needed.

Pay on the guest's phone: Guests settle the bill themselves on their own smartphone, by card, PayPal or Klarna. The receipt is provided digitally via QR code. Splitting the bill among friends is still possible.

Waiter app and mobile POS: Take orders and collect payment right at the table, with table plan, guest call, tips and reservations. The mobile POS runs on the latest Orderman devices.

Kitchen display: Every order goes straight to the right station, with target times per dish. The pickup display shows guests what is ready. Guests also keep a real-time overview on their phone of when their order will be ready or available for pickup. We rely on digital solutions instead of buzzers.

Billing runs through the RKSV-certified SUMWARE POS (Austrian cash register regulation) with its own server on site. If the internet goes down, you simply keep selling. SUMWARE runs on your existing hardware.

Sumware POS provides its own platform for digital receipts, keeping paper use in your venue to a minimum.

Our roots are in retail: SUMWARE is in use at a retail company with 300 stores in Austria and Germany.

Sumware also offers its own booking platform for ski rental, integrated into your website and POS.
