SILEXA Self-Serve Hub

The SILEXA Self-Serve Hub is the central interface for smart self-service areas, bringing beverage, coffee and snack solutions together on one platform – for hotels, resorts, offices, canteens and more.

Using the 3.5-inch touchscreen and combined QR/RFID reader, guests or staff release and collect products. The Hub connects to a wide range of espresso machines, vending machines and dispensing systems and integrates into hotel and property management systems via LAN or Wi-Fi, with automatic billing – for example to the room account.

Scan & Pour – the solution for controlled self-service: In the Scan & Pour configuration, drinks and snacks are dispensed only with a QR voucher or RFID tag (receipt, app, wristband, room card). Dispensing rules such as quantities, validity periods and user groups can be freely defined – for example "1 drink / 15 min", free allowances, happy hours or age restrictions. This dramatically reduces multiple pours, cup sharing and giveaways, noticeably cutting shrinkage. Ideal for chain catering, cinemas, leisure parks and entertainment venues.

A cloud dashboard provides real-time insight into consumption, revenue and fill levels and sends alerts via WhatsApp, email and dashboard for malfunctions or empty BIBs/kegs. Self-service runs around the clock without staff permanently stationed at the unit – from coffee and snacks to beer, water, juice, wine and spirits.
