RAD® Cart & Oven

A pizza oven on the RAD Cart, cooking on the same principle as our heaters: wood pellets, no electricity.

Temperature range 175 to 345 °C. Internal cooking chamber 43 × 46 × 23 cm, viewing window 13 × 31 cm. One removable stainless steel grill of 43 × 42 cm is included, and two cooking heights are possible. V-channel smoke box for even heat distribution. The RAD Cart is a mobile stainless steel trolley with two folding side shelves and a wooden shelf below.

The oven and griddle tops are interchangeable i.e. one burn system, two applications.
