RAD® Cart & Griddle

A griddle on the RAD Cart for venues that want to cook outdoors as well as heat.

Temperature range 175 to 288 °C. Cooking surface 41 × 56 cm, around 2,270 cm² of working area, in 7 gauge steel. Full-width front drip system with a 10 cm collection bucket. Supplied with a 61 cm stove pipe and a 20 cm rain cap. The RAD Cart is a mobile stainless steel trolley with two folding side shelves and a wooden shelf below.

The griddle and pizza oven tops are interchangeable i.e. one burn system, two applications.
