Under the concept “New Flavors Unlocked”, DEH reinvents popular baked goods and expands classic product ranges with modern flavors. While the iconic shape remains instantly recognizable, innovative fillings and flavor profiles create entirely new bakery concepts with strong consumer appeal.

The starting point for the product development was the traditional northern German classic, the cinnamon Franzbrötchen. In addition to the original cinnamon pastry, DEH presents further flavors such as Mascarpone Apricot, Mascarpone Raspberry, Mascarpone Strawberry, Poppy Seed and Nut.
