Description

HOMEMADE ORGANIC LEMONADES – IT’S THAT EASY

With HOLLALA, you can bring authentic flavour and variety to your drinks menu. Our organic syrups combine carefully selected fruits, herbs and botanicals with easy preparation and excellent yield. No artificial flavours, no colourings and no added citric acid.

Whether you run a restaurant, café, hotel, catering business or foodservice operation, HOLLALA fits the way you serve. Simply measure out the syrup with a pourer and top up with mineral water, dispense a preset portion using the HOLLALA Syrup Dispenser, or serve ready-mixed organic lemonade straight from a post-mix system.

The mixing ratio of one part syrup to twelve parts water makes HOLLALA particularly cost-effective: a 5-litre bag-in-box produces 65 litres of finished drink. Our syrups also offer plenty of possibilities for cocktails, mocktails, spritz drinks and hot lemonades, as well as creative cooking.

At Victualium, we have been developing and producing high-quality organic syrups, extracts and juices since 2011. Visit us at “Alles für den Gast” to taste HOLLALA and see our dispensing solutions in action.
