Founded in 1930 in Provence, France, Plantin is a heritage house dedicated to truffles and fine gourmet products. From sourcing to transformation, we combine artisanal expertise with innovation to bring the authentic taste of truffle to chefs, retailers, and food lovers worldwide. Today,

Plantin is the leading truffle market in France, with subsidiaries in Asia and New York. We export 55% of our production and generate €40 million in global revenue, powered by a team of 120 people across the group.

We serve a diverse range of clients — restaurants, wholesalers, fine grocers, food manufacturers, and mass retail (GMS), including private label — across a wide product range spanning preserved truffles, sauces, condiments, oils, snacking products, and dried mushrooms. Plantin has been IFS certified since 2018, one of the highest standards in the food industry.
