DynaQ is the hotel operating system for your whole house. Q, the AI in your hotel, is built into every module.

Every system knows its part. Q knows your whole hotel. Q brings together room bookings, POS, rota, time tracking, purchasing and reviews, and every morning shows you at a glance what your hotel is earning, where margin is being lost and where your team is running at its limit. Nothing Q prepares goes out without your approval.

All modules in one app: cockpit with early warning, team mood, rota, time tracking, time accounts and holidays, payroll preparation for BMD, RZL and DATEV, HR, team chat, tasks, events and seminars, products, gift vouchers, knowledge and recipes, table reservations, guest feedback, intranet, and marketing and reviews.

Every module is available on its own, from €50 per month with Q included, cancellable monthly. The team mood survey is free for every hotel.
