EN)  We are coffee roasters in Schio (VI) – Italy. Since 1927 we have combined the taste of great master roasters with cutting-edge production technology. We use slow cycles, because there is no better way to get the sugars to caramelize and the aroma to form. The mixtures of the finest Arabica and Robusta beans are fine-tuned by monitoring and tasting on a daily basis. The resulting coffee is an absolute delight to savor, with an aroma that gets more and more refined with every harvest, year after year.

DE) Wir sind Kaffeeröster aus Schio (VI), Italien. Seit 1927 verbinden wir die Erfahrung und den Geschmack großer Röstmeister mit modernster Produktionstechnologie. Wir setzen auf langsame Röstzyklen, denn es gibt keinen besseren Weg, um den Zucker karamellisieren und das Aroma entstehen zu lassen. Die Mischungen aus feinsten Arabica- und Robusta-Bohnen werden durch tägliche Kontrollen und Verkostungen sorgfältig abgestimmt. Das Ergebnis ist ein Kaffee, der ein wahrer Genuss ist – mit einem Aroma, das von Ernte zu Ernte und Jahr für Jahr immer feiner und raffinierter wird.
