A new and innovative concept awaits you: exciting tastings of non-alcoholic, alcohol-free and low-alcohol beverages. Discover how you can offer your guests conscious and tasty alternatives and options.
THE SOBaR
From 8 to 11 November 2025, THE SOBaR will return to the Alles für den Gast trade fair in Salzburg – as Austria's first bar dedicated entirely to non-alcoholic and low-alcohol drinks. Developed by OneWORLD HEROES under the direction of Frank P. Spängler, the innovative concept demonstrates how enjoyment, health and sustainability can work together perfectly.

No & Low is not a niche trend, but an independent segment with potential. From non-alcoholic spirits and dealcoholised (sparkling) wines to sparkling teas, kombucha and elixirs – the world of beverages shows that enjoyment is possible without alcohol. The special exhibition area will showcase the market leaders in terms of taste and quality, including numerous product tastings and advice directly from the manufacturers.

Visitors can compare products directly, obtain information via QR code and discover new taste experiences and innovations.

PREMIERE: WINE ALTERNATIVE AREA – New diversity in your glass
The second No & Low Alcohol Area is being expanded with a real highlight:
The new WINE ALTERNATIVE AREA presents innovative beverages known as proxy wines.
These complex beverages – compositions mostly based on tea, herbs, fruits and fermentation – offer a completely new taste experience and appeal to a modern, pleasure-oriented target group. They are the new favourites of top sommeliers. Food pairing and new moments of enjoyment – alcohol-free.
This new area complements the existing WORLD OF GRAPES (non-alcoholic wines/sparkling wines, verjus and premium juices) and shows how diverse and creative non-alcoholic enjoyment can already be today.
