GS-Schleiftechnik has been producing sharpening machines with a unique system using magnetic angle guides and a water bath stone for 30 years.

We have been a small family business since 1997, specializing in GRAEF slicing machines, Giesser knives, and GS grinding machines. We also distribute Thermohauser products and accessories for bakers, confectioners, and other food processing companies.
