Nonna Angela pasta factory was founded in 2011 from a passion: a passion for homemade pasta.
The name? Simple... Angela: that of our dear grandmother, whom we admired when, as children, she kneaded flour and eggs at the table in her tiny kitchen. She was the one who passed down to us the love of homemade pasta.
Tradition: it's the basic principle on which our work is based; the recipes are hers, the ones our grandmother taught us and the same ones we later, secretly, made our own.
Authenticity: the essential factor in creating healthy, fresh, and delicious products—truly delicious!
Craftsmanship: the fruit of the passion we put into creating our products, most of which are handmade.
Seasonality: customers can always find new and fresh fillings based on the season; the variety of flavors is always wide throughout the year.
Our pasta is made by selecting the finest durum and soft wheat flours, expertly blended to create a pasta dough with the characteristics of roughness, elasticity, and resistance to cooking. It is the high quality of the raw materials we select and test that create the true flavor of fresh pasta.
These components ensure that the final product is a blend of flavors that excites our senses and delights the consumer with exquisite enjoyment.
Thanks to the dedication we put into creating our products, over the years Nonna Angela has become known throughout the Bassano area and northeastern Italy.
