The Gastro Circle Stage entered a new round: Visitors were presented with a diverse program of talks, discussions, and presentations on the most important topics in the industry.
 

More networking, pitching, and partying! We are once again especially looking forward to the exciting startup scene and to celebrating them at the "Alles für den Gast" with a large booth space. Nineteen young companies will present their innovations to you.

At "Alles für den Gast" 2023,  the best baristas in the country competed for the title of Austrian Champion. Who could impress in the categories of Barista, Brewers Cup, Latte Art, and Coffee in Good Spirits?

In the new industrial kitchen competence area, visitors had the opportunity to learn about the individual optimization of their professional kitchen from approximately 25 brands and companies.

The GastroHackathon becomes Tourism Technology Festival! Little sleep but lots of fun and creative work: In just 24 hours, the participants will solve gastronomic problems and present the results to the trade public at the Gastmesse.

The Schlummer Atlas Award will honor the best 50 hoteliers in Austria. The award ceremony will take place during the Gastmesse on Monday, November 11th, at 14:00 on the Gastro Circle Stage in Hall 3/5.

The beverage industry in the spotlight: Around 20 brands from the spirits, non-alcoholic drinks, beer, wine, and coffee sectors showcased themselves and their products in the beverage world in Hall 4. Informative discussions, tastings, and professional masterclasses included!

Organic is booming. The topic has arrived not only in food retailing, but also in gastronomy and the hotel industry.  In the Organic World interested trade visitors will meet the most exciting organic brands of Austria and learn what is possible with organic drinks and food.

With extraordinary commitment and competence, women act as role models in numerous industries today.  The award ceremony to honor these pioneers and outstanding personalities will take place during the Gastmesse on Saturday, November 9th, at 15:00 on the Gastro Circle Stage in Hall 3/5.
