Organized by SCA Austria, the country's best baristi will once again compete for the title of Austrian champion. The Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) is a non-profit organization with the goal of sustainably improving coffee quality. The entire value chain from its origin to the end customer is examined. Members include coffee farmers, coffee equipment manufacturers, roasters and baristi. Within the network, there is a constant exchange of knowledge and experience. In addition, much emphasis is placed on research and education. The SCA Austria Chapter represents the interests of the SCA in Austria as a national organizational unit.
