In the past we have received several complaints from exhibitors regarding groups of pupils attending the show who have split up into small groups without the supervision of teaching staff. Exhibitors have often been ‘begged’ to donate samples of their goods and pupils have been seen to be under the influence of alcohol. The attendance of groups of schoolchildren is only permitted for educational purposes and we are duty-bound to offer our exhibitors visitors who are ‘members of the trade’. As a result we are limiting the number of classes to be given access to the show. We repeat: Classes will only be admitted accompanied by at least 2 teachers per class and only if the group remains together. Thank you for your understanding!
Groups of school children shall only be admitted to the trade fair on the Wednesday 9th November 2011. Please register via email at: gast@reedexpo.at and state the number of pupils and teachers attending (see document). There is no access for school classes on Saturday, Sunday, Monday or Tuesday.
